They should be an experienced and efficient manager with a strong technical and clinical background and an exemplary work ethic. /ppThey will develop mid- and long-term plans for iVis's Engineering and Production Project Planning/Execution networks, ensuring technical leadership and meeting network requirements. /ppThe role involves directing ongoing Lean Manufacturing and Production Structure planning, along with enhancing technical and operational capabilities to ensure that iVis remains a robust, secure, and technologically advanced structure. /ppDeveloping supply chain and warehouse strategies, architecture, and execution guidelines to support capacity growth and ongoing management. /ppbSkills and experience required /b /pliProven experience as Head of Lean Manufacturing, Production Manager, or similar role for over 5 years in high-tech device sectors, with at least 3 years in the medical sector. /liliGraduate level education in Mechanical Engineering with extensive experience in international markets. Ability to analyze business needs and recommend improvements based on sound business, financial knowledge, and business acumen. Strong understanding of technical design and CNC machines. /liliExperience with and proven track record in implementing Continuous Improvement and Process Quality initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Excellent understanding of various business functions including Clinical Operations and Technical Operational Excellence. /liliHigh competence in business production planning and advanced medical technology, with outstanding organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset. /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
