Experteer Overview In this role you drive commercial objectives for Alnylam's ATTR portfolio within Piemonte Sud and Liguria. You'll craft and execute territory and account plans in collaboration with Medical Affairs to optimize patient care, while upholding regulatory and ethical standards. You will build trusted relationships with centers of care, execute local market access strategies, and support diagnosis and treatment expansion. Your work contributes to turning scientific breakthroughs into accessible therapies for patients.
Retribuzione / Benefits Present and promote the RNAi platform to target customer groups
Develop and lead territory and hospital market access plans aligned with country strategy
Achieve pre-launch and post-launch KPIs
Analyze territory to identify and support diagnostic and treatment centers
Drive patient identification, diagnosis, and referrals via territory strategy
Build trusted relationships with key customers and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely delivery
Manage local meetings to boost diagnosis and treatment rates with Medical Affairs support
Represent Alnylam at local/national events and congresses
Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams
Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Commercial Leads, Marketing, and Operations
Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure ethical compliance
Lead local alignment meetings with field teams to implement territory plans
Responsabilità 5+ years in Sales and Key Account Management in bio/pharmaceuticals
Ability to access and build relationships with healthcare providers in reference centers
Strong communication and influencing skills across organizational levels
Solid business acumen to add value within health care structures
Ability to leverage past experiences to ensure awareness and access to treatment
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) preferred
Willingness to travel within territory (80%)
