Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the People and Culture, Administration Manager, the HR Cost Controller will be responsible for:
* Collaborating on the development of strategic staffing plans to meet high service standards and exclusivity;
* Assisting in preparing the annual HR budget, periodic forecasts, and cost scenarios, actively participating in hiring plans and salary dynamics using Zucchetti management tools;
* Monthly processing and monitoring of personnel costs post-payroll cycle;
* Ensuring cost reconciliation between accounting data, payrolls, and forecasts;
* Producing detailed periodic reports and dashboards for decision-making, analyzing variances, and supporting corrective actions;
* Optimizing reporting and workforce monitoring processes, automating repetitive tasks where possible;
* Maintaining data quality and consistency in HR systems through regular checks and updates.
Your Profile
Candidates should possess:
* A degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields;
* At least 3 years of experience in HR Controlling or Payroll roles within structured or consultancy environments;
* Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and labor cost management; proficiency in HR management software and data analysis tools (Zucchetti, advanced Excel);
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize; flexibility, teamwork, and operational autonomy;
* Basic knowledge of labor laws and taxation is a plus.
Note: Remote working is not available for this role.
