The ideal candidate brings strong merchandising expertise, a clear product vision, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on leadership. /ppbr/ppbKey Accountabilities /b /ppbCollection Retail Merchandising /b /pulliDrive and coordinate the end-to-end global merchandising process for Women’s, Men’s, and Unisex Lifestyle Licensing categories, ensuring a consistent brand message while addressing regional needs. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Product Development, Digital, Commercial, VM, CRM, and regional partners) to build cohesive, high-performing collections. /liliCollaborate on collection architecture and strategy informed by market insights, sales performance, trend analysis and MCM brand DNA. /liliDrive margin improvements by managing product mix and development through final line editing. /liliProvide seasonal product forecasts and support corporate planning with accurate inputs. /liliSet buying guidelines and lead regional reviews to identify growth opportunities while mitigating inventory risks. /liliDevelop go-to-customer calendars by product and theme for DTC channels, ensuring alignment with Digital Merchandising and Global Customer Engagement team. /liliPartner with Commercial Merchandising to identify in-season business drivers and align on end-of-season strategies (including in season reorder needs). /liliManage the brand catalog, including newness, carryover, and still valid in alignment with Commercial Merchandising. /liliAct swiftly to adapt the assortment and strategy to business needs and market feedback – regular calls with Commercial Merchandising and/or regional teams. /li /ulpbTeam Leadership and Development /b /pulliCreate a collaborative and high-performance team environment with regular check-ins and open communication. /liliAct as a key liaison with the Head of Global Merchandising to align on priorities and execution plans. /liliCascade strategies and updates effectively to key stakeholders and ensure consistent implementation across channels and regions. /li /ulpbPerformance Monitoring and Reporting /b /pulliMonitor collection performance and apply data-driven insights to optimize offer and drive sell-through. /liliDeliver regular qualitative and quantitative business reports and competitive analysis to inform decision-making. /liliLead key strategy discussions with the Head of and CMO when required. /li /ulpbInnovation and Trend Analysis /b /pulliStay ahead of industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor moves to keep the category innovative and relevant. /liliIdentify and drive new opportunities that elevate the brand and strengthen its position in the market. /liliIf need, be able to conduct explorative meetings with vendors (foreign and Italian) for new materials and new techniques. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliAt least 5 years of Collection (preferred) or Retail Merchandising experience. /liliDemonstrated success in delivering commercially successful collections. /liliStrong analytical skills combined with excellent product sensibility. /liliClear and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills – must be able to work in a multicultural environment. /liliFluent in English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus. /liliProficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong overall MS Office skills. /liliExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail are paramount. /liliAbility to manage product development tasks remotely with teams based outside Europe. /liliComfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, able to prioritize, make decisions, and deliver under tight deadlines. /li /ulpbr/ppbThis position is full-time in office. /b /p
