The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a B2C Activation Marketing Analyst (M / F /
* for Italy and Poland Orthodontic market you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by :
* Generating demand, identifying opportunities and needs to leverage local key platforms for executing end-user communications
* Implementing and activating programs, campaigns and new product launches ensuring regulatory and legal alignment according to local laws and business guidance and strategic needs
* Influencing EMEA and Global teams providing insights of local market, product performances, competitive intelligence and trends
* Managing local calendar for campaigns, events, promotional planning and implementation
* Supporting sales and clinical team, the demand planning process and the coordination with compliance, regulatory and legal functions.
* Willing to collaborate internally with the local / area functions and in an international environment, externally with agencies, and customers.
Your Skills and Expertise
* Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
* 3+ years of experience in B2C Marketing / Trade marketing / portfolio roles, preferably Orthodontists / Oral Care market background and understanding
* Innovative, good analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
* Ability to remotely create and manage marketing strategies
* Excellent collaboration, coordination, and communication skills
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Autonomy and proactivity
* Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

Location : This position will be based in Italy
Travel : May include up to 20% domestic / international (to Poland)
