Your mission
* Drive sales of JA Solar PV modules
* Achieve JA Solar market share and profit targets
* Negotiate prices, volumes, and contract terms
* Coordinate with internal teams for pre-sales, sales, and after-sales activities
* Provide regular reports, including negotiation updates with customers
* Analyze market and competitor information
* Participate in events such as fairs, conferences, seminars, and promotional campaigns
* Protect corporate interests and enhance the company's industry and public image
* Support order execution as needed
Your profile
* Degree in Business Management, International Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, or related fields
* Over 2 years of sales experience with PV modules, preferably with distributors or wholesalers
* Fluent in Italian and English
* Strong teamwork, communication, negotiation skills, customer focus, and a proactive attitude
* Technical background in solar energy is a plus, especially for a technical manager role in the team
