In this role, you’ll review and handle legal and compliance-related content across major social media and digital platforms. From privacy claims and fraud to defamation and falsification, you’ll be on the front line of Trust & Safety, helping to ensure that users and businesses can interact online with confidence.
Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal

What You'll Do
- Review and process legal content requests related to privacy, defamation, fraud, and falsification.
- Monitor digital activity and ensure compliance with platform policies, legal standards, and regulations.
- Assess potential legal risks and escalate when needed.
- Support business objectives by implementing effective online compliance strategies.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
What We're Looking For
- Italian C2 and English B2+.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and adaptability.
