About this Role:
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, maximizing sales volumes, and developing maximum market share.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven B to B sales experience in relevant Geospatial industries such as GNSS positioning/navigation, LiDAR mapping, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, land surveying, precision agriculture.
A minimum of a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Sales/marketing/engineering is required. Fluency in Italian and professional level of English – written and oral – are mandatory.
The successful candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and be an excellent face-to-face communicator. Results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear goal of high quality and commercial profit.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve regional sales targets
* Conduct direct and indirect business development activities
* Drive and support distributors in the development of their business activities
* Respond to, track and close sales inquiries in cooperation with distributors
* Visit customers and conduct hands-on demonstrations
* Propose, organize and participate in trade shows, events and promotional roadshows
Requirements
