Your responsibilitiesAim of the position The person will drive gH2 Sales opportunities, building relationships with clients and securing sales agreements. Active selling of your innovative and sustainable electrolysis productsHeading bid preparation for bids ranging from reservation agreements, engineering services, electrolyzer modules to turnkey chemical plantsEvaluating international requests and developing innovative bid strategiesLeading the preparation of technical and commercial bids in consultation with the relevant central divisions as well as the ensuing negotiations with the customersEstablishing and maintaining personal relationships on division and management levels at customer organizationsWorking and coordinating within the global thyssenkrupp nucera business development, sales and execution teamParticipating in trade fairs and conferences including presentations
University degree (Graduate Engineer / Master's) in process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering (specializing in process engineering) or industrial engineering;Several years' experience in chemical plant engineering or a comparable environment, ideally in project management or sales is a must;High level of computer literacy;Excellent oral and written command of English, knowledge of a second foreign language would be an asset;Willingness to travel on an international basis, even at short notice, due to the international nature of our business;High degree of self‐initiative, ability to work under pressure, good organizational skills, active communication, strong leadership qualities and an interest in complex and challenging tasks.
