For over 55 years the company has been providing the world’s best athletes and motorsports enthusiasts in the pursuit of performance excellence with the most technologically advanced products which fuse protection, innovation and style. /ppThe company, thanks to outstanding and constantly innovative products, is in a powerful growth phase in the global market, reflecting the strengthening of the staff in order to join our great successful team. /ppWe are now looking for an E-commerce Operations Specialist – (s)he will play a crucial role in supporting various operational functions of our ecommerce business. /ppHis / her responsibilities will include inventory management, order processing, logistics coordination, and customer service support. /ppBy ensuring seamless and efficient operations, (s)he will contribute to delivering an amazing customer experience and maintaining high-quality service standards. /ppPosition /ppbMain Responsibilities : /b /pulliAssist in managing inventory levels and coordinating stock replenishment to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment together with 3PL warehouse. /liliProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring on-time shipment and delivery. /liliCoordinate with third-party logistics partners and carriers to manage shipping and delivery logistics. /liliMonitor order tracking and resolve any issues related to shipping, delivery, or returns. /liliCollaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues in a timely manner. /liliAssist in maintaining accurate product data, pricing, and availability on the website and other sales channels. /liliSupport the implementation of operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity. /liliCollaborate with the technology team to identify and resolve operational issues related to ecommerce systems and tools. /liliGenerate operational reports and analyze data to provide insights for process improvement. /li /ulpRequirements /ppbQualifications and requirements : /b /pulliBachelor's degree in business, operations management, logistics, or a related field. /lili3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service, preferably in an ecommerce or retail environment. /liliStrong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and orders efficiently. /liliProficiency in using ecommerce platforms and order management systems, Shopify is a plus. /liliExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset. /liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. /liliFamiliarity with inventory management and logistics coordination is a plus. /liliFluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
