MDOTM is looking for an outstanding Marketer with a strong business orientation, creativity, and communication skills. You will play a key role in developing and executing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities : Create and manage high quality content for various marketing channels including website, social media, email campaigns, and blogs Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities & customer needs and shape the marketing strategy Plan, coordinate, & execute industry events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences and manage event logistics, including vendor relations, budgets, and on-site execution Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract and convert prospects Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows and CRM systems Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the fintech or finance industry and / or SaaS platforms Experience in event management and organization Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and content marketing Knowledge of digital marketing software Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms Clear and effective communication, analysis, and time management skills Analytical mindset Proficiency in English (C1 or above) Bonus Points : Experience with managing performance marketing campaigns to drive measurable ROI and optimize cost per acquisition (CPA) Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software Understanding of financial markets J-18808-Ljbffr J-18808-Ljbffr
