This role will enable you to work across a multidisciplinary environment, covering research and development, production, and customer supply. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify and close sales opportunities in accordance with the company’s overall strategic plans and financial objectives in the region. /li liDevelop and maintain relationships with solar distribution channel partners, strategic accounts, EPCs, installers and engineering firms. /li liActively pursue direct sales leads with installers, distributors, investors, and utility companies. /li liAssist with the forecast of revenue on a regular basis and review sales results to ensure that established targets are being met; take corrective action where required. /li liNurture relationships with leading PV project developers to ensure that SolarEdge remains the supplier of choice for power‑conversion electronics. /li liAssist product management teams in defining and improving the product portfolio for the Italian market by gathering customer feedback and monitoring industry trends. /li liProvide input regarding marketing and product‑positioning strategies specific to the Italian market. /li liExecute a brand and messaging strategy and act as brand ambassador. /li liLiaise with the Italian team to ensure that sales targets are defined and met. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBA/BS in a related technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.). /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in PV industry in similar roles for manufacturers or distributors. /li li5+ years of technical sales experience, with a proven record of closing large deals. /li liStrong technical aptitude and the ability to convey advanced product benefits in easy‑to‑grasp terms. /li liTrack record of identifying, negotiating/converting, and closing large dollar deals. /li liCapability to identify new accounts while maintaining existing relationships. /li liDemonstrated success operating effectively in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced, complex, rapid‑growth environment. /li liStrong focus on customer service. /li liExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. /li liExperience with an international organization is preferred. /li liFluent in Italian, with acceptable proficiency in English (writing, speaking, listening). /li liGo‑getter with a can‑do, hands‑on attitude. /li liTeam player. /li /ul pbSolarEdge values a diverse workforce and is committed to retaining the finest human talent to ensure top business growth and performance. /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
