We are currently seeking the Key Account Manager to join our S&M Dept. - HVAC at CAREL HQs in Brugine (Padova).
ROLE GOAL:
With respect to the supporting role in key account global management: collaborate in the effective deployment of the KAM process and support of the KAM team.
Regarding the assigned accounts: develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
Reports to Group Head of Key Account Management - HVAC.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES:
In line with the Group Key Account Management - HVAC standard and processes, and in coordination with the global key account sales strategies, He/She, with the role in key account global management:
* Contribute in setting guidelines and processes for the strategic management of HVAC Key Accounts, leveraging local sales structure; provide guidance and support to Subsidiaries.
* Participate to the continuous improvement of Group key account HVAC sales processes, tools, best pratcises.
In line with the Company strategy and in coordination with main related players, He/She, with respect to assigned accounts:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with the key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
* Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the key account sales team.
* Promote customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
* Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
