The Influencer Development Manager is the single threaded influencer development leader within the Amazon Influencer Program. This role will serve to drive growth through strategic relationship management, sales performance analysis, creative collaboration, and program innovation. A successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a deep knowledge of the creator and marketing landscape and works well across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an excellent oral and written communicator, who leads with data, and takes an analytical approach to program development and decision making with the following attributes:
- You are customer obsessed: You will be obsessed with our influencer community, helping them build their businesses and supporting them use the Amazon Influencer tools to implement effective integrations (links, personalised influencer pages, shoppable images etc.) to drive sales and earnings for the creator through an affiliate performance model. You are deep on current influencer trends and understand how our expansive range of products fit into content creators’ strategies. You will explore revenue driving opportunities with leading influencers in this segment.
