Ph3Overview /h3 pGRAITEC Group is a global software editor delivering Building Information Modeling (BIM) solutions. We support architectural, engineering, construction, and manufacturing customers to digitize and industrialize their processes for improved performance and sustainable growth. We are an international group with a fast-growing environment and a strong track record in delivering Autodesk solutions and our own Graitec software. /p pYou will join the EMEA sales team as a Territory Account Manager, focused on revenue growth through management and expansion of key customer relationships and through upselling, cross-selling, and contract expansions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAchieve sales targets on new business from the portfolio of allocated accounts. /li liManage the sales process from lead to negotiation and close; conduct presentations, demonstrations, group meetings, business reviews, and sales calls with internal stakeholders (pre/post-sales, Solution lines, marketing). /li liAct as a customer expert to analyze and challenge business needs, clarify expectations, and sell Graitec/Autodesk products and solutions. /li liIdentify Graitec IP opportunities and leverage Solutions Sales teams to maximize attach and cross-sales of Graitec software and services; support market penetration of Graitec IP within managed accounts. /li liSupport Customer Success teams to ensure ongoing Subscriptions are renewed in portfolio accounts. /li liEnsure data accuracy and traceability across information systems. /li liProvide regular reports and forecasts to empower the company. /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 ul liSector Solution Expertise – Advise clients with strong industry and product knowledge. /li liOpportunity Creation Growth – Proactively uncover, develop, and expand revenue opportunities. /li liAdvanced Discovery Value Selling – Deeply understand client needs and articulate a tailored value story. /li liStrategic Relationship Building – Influence across complex buying groups and engage senior stakeholders. /li liCommercial Execution – Forecasting, account planning, and deal management rigor. /li liExcellence Resilience – High-performance mindset and results focus. /li /ul h3Key Success Indicators /h3 ul liAnnual revenue and margin growth /li liAttach and cross-sell rates of Graitec IP /li liProfessional Services revenue contribution /li liRenewal performance (seats, billing, or margin) /li liCustomer satisfaction (NPS or CSAT) /li liCRM data accuracy and usage /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Required skills, abilities qualifications /h3 ul liFamiliarity with Autodesk and SaaS-based AEC or MFG solutions /li liExperience with BIM or digital design/construction tools /li liIndustry qualifications in construction, engineering, or product design /li liAmbitious, driven, and results-focused /li liResilient and proactive in fast-moving situations /li liCommercially astute with a strategic mindset /li liTeam-oriented, collaborative, and accountable /li liFluent in Italian and English /li liOpen to travel /li /ul h3Interview Process /h3 ul liTo apply – Please send your application CV on Graitec Careers /li liHR Screening (get-to-know discussion) /li liHiring Manager /li liPeer or stakeholder interview / presentation /li liFinal interview with the Business Unit Leader /li /ul h3Employment details /h3 ul liSeniority level: Mid-Senior level /li liEmployment type: Full-time /li liJob function: Sales and Business Development /li liIndustries: Software Development /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
