- Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, wines, beers, and spirits, with precision and artistry.
- Assisting the Chef de Bar in managing daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar area, including glassware, bar tools, and ingredients.
- Ensuring all beverages are prepared and presented according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Interacting with guests in a friendly, engaging, and professional manner, taking orders and offering recommendations.
- Assisting with inventory control, including receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and monitoring product levels.
- Operating point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately for order entry and payment processing.
- Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, particularly concerning food and beverage handling.
- Supporting the Chef de Bar in training new team members and fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Learning and mastering new cocktail recipes and bar techniques.
Requirements

- Proven experience as a Bartender or Demi Chef de Bar, preferably in a high‑end bar, restaurant, or luxury hotel.
- Solid knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
- Strong mixology skills and creativity in drink preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest service.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail in drink preparation, presentation, and bar cleanliness.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and cost control in a bar setting.
