The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and within an international team.Position SummaryIn coordination with the EU market team, this role oversees sales activities in designated industries, focusing on rental and staging LED products for events like corporate, concerts, festivals, broadcasting, and virtual applications.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies for business development in assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and generating leads.Identify new accounts, develop, and maintain customer relationships to expand sales.Forecast sales activities and set performance goals with the EU team.Establish annual industry business plans and target customer strategies.Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities.Conduct business trips to engage with rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and professionals, promoting the Absen brand.Stay informed about new products and services relevant to customers.Gather feedback from field activities and relay it to HQ, covering product, marketing, sales, and service insights.Prepare monthly and quarterly industry reports.Manage communication with customers and HQ during project implementation.Other Duties and ResponsibilitiesHost customer visits to China HQ.Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.Coordinate with the EU sales team at HQ.Perform additional duties as assigned.Required Education/ExperienceBachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.At least 5 years in industrial B2B sales, marketing, or project management, preferably in AV.Over 3 years of project-related experience in sales, marketing, or product management for relevant markets.Specialized Knowledge/SkillsStrong leadership, project management, and communication skills.Client-oriented problem-solving abilities.Ability to perform under high-pressure environments.Language Skills: Fluent in German, English, Dutch, or Italian (written and verbal).Additional benefits include a positive working atmosphere, an international culture, training opportunities, and a role based in Italy, focusing on local business activities.
