They will contribute to the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with the CEO and team. /ppThey will work closely with the OM and Projects divisions, as well as the rest of the Business Development team, to participate in tenders, prepare offers, and nurture leads from web inquiries, existing networks, and events. /ppThe role includes attending trade shows and events across Europe to promote our products and services. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop growth strategies focusing on financial gains and customer satisfaction. /liliResearch new markets and customer needs. /liliNegotiate sales contracts with clients. /liliProspect actively via cold calling and social selling. /liliRespond to web-generated leads and nurture them to closure. /liliMaintain relationships with existing and new clients for cross-selling and feedback collection. /liliGather competitive intelligence and perform market analysis as needed. /liliKeep records of sales activities using the company’s CRM. /liliPrepare responses to RFIs, RFPs, and tenders. /liliEngage in customer interactions, including calls, meetings, needs assessments, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and contract management. /liliCollaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and industry materials. /liliAttend trade shows and conferences. /liliReport regularly to the CEO. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliExcellent industry knowledge. /liliFluent in English. /liliBachelor's degree or equivalent experience. /lili3-4 years of relevant industry business development experience. /liliExtensive experience in the solar and renewables market, understanding customer needs and challenges. /liliKnowledge of sales techniques and marketing principles; training in sales and marketing is a plus. /liliSelf-motivated, structured, and proactive in research and outreach. /liliExperience with CRM systems is advantageous. /liliStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. /liliHigh integrity and time management skills. /liliAbility to set and achieve goals individually and as part of a team. /liliWillingness to travel domestically for trade shows and client meetings. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
