About the Role
At Skillvue, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will design and lead our marketing engine from day one. This role is highly impactful and very hands-on: you will be responsible for building the strategies, systems, and initiatives that directly generate measurable pipelines for our enterprise sales organization.
Your Responsabilities
Create and Scale Our Marketing Motion
* Develop and own our digital growth ecosystem, defining and achieving goals for website traffic, demo requests, and conversion rates alongside the Growth team
* Launch our SEO efforts, content roadmap, and website optimization initiatives from zero
* Lead content creation across formats: blogs, guides, landing pages focused on converting prospects into qualified opportunities
* Build and expand webinars and events, managing end-to-end execution and revenue-focused follow-up
* Develop lifecycle campaigns and email programs that move leads effectively through the funnel
Drive Revenue and Pipeline
* Design and operate true account-based marketing programs for strategic target accounts, collaborating closely with BDRs and AEs through long, complex sales cycles
* Run performance-driven paid marketing initiatives with clear ROI ownership
* Set up marketing analytics to measure the entire funnel from first touch to closed revenue
* Create co-marketing programs and partnerships that extend Skillvue’s reach and brand presence
Create the Infrastructure to Scale
* Oversee our CMS, forms, tracking stack, and experimentation approach
* Define dashboards and attribution models that guide decision-making across the company
* Establish scalable standards, operating procedures, and best practices for the marketing function
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
* 5–8 years in B2B SaaS marketing with hands-on demand generation responsibility
* Experience helping companies scale through Series A in enterprise, sales-led environments
* Demonstrated ability to build pipeline without relying on a large existing brand
* Strong background across content, digital channels, paid media, email, webinars, and events
* Experience leading small teams (1–4 people) while remaining directly involved in execution
You Should Bring
* Proven success generating pipeline in enterprise contexts with long, complex sales cycles
* Close collaboration experience with BDR and AE teams, with clear understanding of how marketing impacts revenue outcomes
* Strong technical skills in HubSpot and related tools — able to build reports and optimize programs independently
* Performance-oriented attitude with ownership and accountability
* History of building programs from the ground up, not just managing existing ones
You’ll Be a Great Fit If
* You’re comfortable switching between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
* You enjoy autonomy and solving problems without a playbook
* You’re motivated by visible impact on company growth, not just a narrow role description
* You’re confident in your perspective but base decisions firmly on data
What We Offer
* Competitive salary based on experience
* A collaborative, purpose-driven culture where your ideas shape the future of work
* Real impact in a fast-growing startup that values people who strive to improve every day and build things they can be proud of
* Hybrid work environment (This position is based in Milan, but we are open to candidates willing to relocate)
