Responsibilities
Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
Cook food and prepare top‑quality menu items in a timely manner
Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
Check the list of daily works
Organize the place of work to maintain a clean and efficient space
Take care of ordinary food production according to the chef’s orders
Follow instructions given by the chef
Follow HACCP application closely
Use refrigerator space efficiently following the first‑in, first‑out rule
Maintain cleanliness of the workstation
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of food preparation
Basic knowledge of HACCP procedures
Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen
Ability to assist colleagues with mise‑en‑place and service
Additional Requirements
Great teamwork skills and attention to detail; positive outlook and outgoing personality; previous kitchen experience is a big plus.
Must perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, moving and lifting up to 25 lbs., and maintain a professional appearance in a clean uniform.
Prior safety training and certification required.
