Accordingly, the Cytology Sales Specialist will support customers in all aspects of product implementation and/or upselling. Working alongside the wider Sales team and the Field Service team, the Cytology Sales Specialist will be involved in budget preparation, sales monitoring, and will be responsible for annual revenues, on‑site installation, customer training, education, and troubleshooting Hologic’s Cytology products including consumables, instrumentation, and applications. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liExecute professional sales processes with end‑user customers from first contact to post‑sale. /li liSupport existing and potential customer base to facilitate sales growth. /li liRespond to customer requests and needs to resolve issues including product interest/enquiries, product orders, payment issues, technical support, troubleshooting, product support, training, education, problem solving, instrument installations, instrument repair, etc. /li liProvide troubleshooting assistance and be available for all tech support needs via phone, call, Customer Care Visit (CCV), e‑mail, virtual calls. /li liSupport the Regional Business Manager to achieve the Sales Plan and maintain the Expense Budget. /li liAssist in gathering market data and information, particularly forwarding competitive information and impacts. /li liParticipate in trade shows and customer gatherings, completing appropriate paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely fashion. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liSales experience with a focus on Molecular or Cytology products. /li liExperience with Histology preferred. /li liUnderstanding of tender and purchase models of public hospitals. /li liExcellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills. /li liHighly organized, self‑driven, and comfortable working in a cross‑functional team environment. /li liAbility to travel up to 80% within the territory. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pBe part of a company that is making a difference in women’s health.
