Job Summary Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Regional Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing all customers within the defined territory, providing a principal point of contact for the Company. The overall objective is to achieve long‐term, year‐on‐year sales growth, accomplishing revenue and product‐mix targets. The candidate will act as an individual contributor, interacting regularly with external customers and, internally, with Key Account Managers, Professional Services, Customer Service, and Finance. Responsibilities Manage the designated territory, day‐to‐day customer relationships, and the Company's products and services. Deliver training programs and clinical training to retail staff and employees (individually or in liaison with the Professional Services team) to improve product knowledge and build brand loyalty. Form close relationships with Area Managers and Sales Representatives within the account structures to provide a platform for commercial and educational programs. Actively introduce new products to maximize market opportunities, maintaining outstanding knowledge of product strategy, clinical/technical information, and commercial positioning. Optimize travel time and respect daily/monthly contact targets to improve prospecting activities and visit efficiency. Complete all reporting and administrative duties accurately, including the upkeep of the designated CRM system and customer records. Represent the Company at seminars, exhibitions, and sales meetings as required. Requirements Education: Degree level or equivalent is preferred (e.g., Economics, Business, or related fields). Experience: Minimum 4‐5 years of experience in a professional Business‐to‐Business (B2B) sales environment, with a proven track record of target achievement. Experience in the Optical or Pharmaceutical/Consumer Health industry is a strong advantage. Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to influence at all levels of management. Highly pro‐active, results‐oriented, and able to work successfully under pressure both alone and in a team. Tools: Computer literacy is essential (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and sales CRM systems). Ability to understand highly technical material.
