Employerland, on behalf of a luxury 5-star hotel in Cortina d'Ampezzo, is looking for a Booking Agent.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused Booking Agent to join our esteemed 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of the Dolomites. As a Booking Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their reservations are handled with the utmost professionalism and care. As this is a new opening, a key responsibility will be the configuration of the property management system.
Reservation Management: Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing accurate information on room availability, rates, packages, and amenities.
Booking Processing: Accurately input reservation details into the hotel's Property Management System (PMS), ensuring all guest information, preferences, and special requests are correctly recorded.
Guest Assistance: Assist guests with modifications, cancellations, and special requests, ensuring a seamless and personalized booking experience.
Identify opportunities to upsell room categories, packages, and hotel services to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.
Communication: Collaborate with the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales departments to coordinate room assignments and special requests, ensuring a cohesive guest experience.
Maintain accurate records of reservation activities and generate reports as needed for management analysis.
Previous experience in reservations or front office role within a 5 stars luxury hotel
Opera PMS) and familiarity with online booking platforms. Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
