Ph3Commercial Professional Marketing Specialist (Emilia Romagna, Toscana and Marche) /h3 pIn this role, you have the opportunity to promote Sleep and Respiratory Care (SRC) products and solutions in the assigned area (Centre Italy) and maximize sales, margins, market share and customer relationships to ensure long‑term profitability in the targeted territories. /p pIn addition, you will ensure that customers (e.g., clinicians, technicians, operators, agents, Home Care Providers) are properly trained and supported. /p h3You are responsible to /h3 ul liManage customers and clinical stakeholders in the assigned territory. /li liConduct regular visits to customers (prescribers: pneumologist/neurologist, nurses, physiotherapists, etc.) to obtain direct feedback about Philips solutions and stay updated on local tenders, Home Care Provider penetration, and competitors. /li liSupport and follow the clinical community/hospitals in the assigned zone to expand the sleep ventilation therapy adoption. /li liSupport and develop dedicated marketing, educational and commercial activities for prescribers (also in collaboration with the Business Partners) to achieve sales and marketing targets in the assigned territory. /li liTrain all customers (prescribers and Home Care Providers) to ensure high‑quality training for optimal product usage as indicated by the IFU. /li liDevelop strong relationships with the field commercial organization of the business partners to increase adoption of Philips SRC solutions. /li liContribute to maintaining and updating customer segmentation profiles in CRM. /li liMonitor local trends, market share and prescription dynamics to define commercial and marketing strategies and increase Philips adoption. /li /ul h3You are a part of /h3 pthe Local Commercial Professional Marketing team, in direct line with the Commercial Professional Marketing Lead. /p h3To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience /h3 ul liTechnical background. /li liPrevious experience as a sales/technical specialist in the medical sector is preferred. /li liExperience in the home care market is a plus. /li liKnowledge of computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel) is required. /li liSelf‑motivated, enthusiastic, proactive and able to manage own workload. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships. /li liVerbal and written English proficiency on top of Italian as the local language. /li /ul h3How we work together /h3 pWe believe that we are better together than apart.
