We are looking for a highly connected and commercially aggressive Senior Footwear Wholesale & B2B Expansion Manager to accelerate our international growth.
This role is for someone who already has an active network in fashion wholesale and knows how to open doors fast.
We are not looking for someone who waits for opportunities.
We are looking for someone who creates them.
Main Mission
Drive international B2B expansion by:
• opening strategic wholesale accounts
• activating existing industry relationships
• creating new business opportunities globally
• building long term retailer partnerships
• increasing brand presence across premium and luxury channels
Responsibilities
• Use existing network to open doors with boutiques, department stores, marketplaces and strategic retailers
• Develop new wholesale accounts internationally through aggressive outbound activity
• Build and execute B2B expansion strategies market by market
• Generate and qualify leads continuously
• Organize buyer meetings, showroom appointments and sell in presentations
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close orders
• Manage follow ups with high intensity and commercial discipline
• Identify strategic sales agents, distributors and showroom partners
• Expand Gondolina into key luxury markets including US, Middle East, Europe and Asia
• Coordinate participation in trade fairs and international events
• Work closely with founders on growth strategy and account prioritization
Ideal Candidate
• Existing network of fashion, footwear or luxury buyers and retailers
• Proven experience in wholesale sales and business development
• Strong ability to generate revenue and close deals
• Deep understanding of luxury fashion distribution
• Comfortable with cold outreach and high volume lead generation
• Entrepreneurial mindset and startup mentality
• Highly autonomous, fast and execution focused
• Fluent English required
• Additional languages are a strong plus
• Available for international travel
