GLOBAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (REF, AC, Engine)
WHAT ABOUT THE JOB:
1. Management of large customers which are defined as Key account within BU BFB: target 80% market share to AL for own customer group.
2. Business Development for Key Accounts: market product & application leadership, brand- communication and recognition, develop relationship at all levels.
3. Implementing activities to secure: AL can quote all projects, we are first choice to customer, negotiate commercial condition in line with BU targets, target customer satisfaction through the whole supply chain.
4. Bridging customer needs (product, service, quality) into the company, to fuel product development
MAIN ACTIVITIES
5. Sales & GM Plan for assigned Global Key Accounts
6. Involve rest of organization around GKA to form Sales team (APS, OH, Quality). Follow up on all activities.
7. Define and maintain ‘Active Project list’. This is key activities as 99% of what we do start from R&D project at customer side.
8. Negotiate prices and conditions at Global Level. T&C in line with GKAM manager target.

11. Pricing and all T&C (AL wild)
12. Global Sales responsibility in all countries
