We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth for a portfolio of luxury train journeys designed for the world’s most discerning travelers.
Based in Rome, this role will focus on developing international sales strategies, building strong relationships with high-end travel partners, and positioning luxury rail travel as a premier experiential offering worldwide.
Key Responsibilities :
* Develop and execute international sales strategies for luxury train experiences
* Build and manage relationships with strategic partners
* Represent the brand at global trade shows and luxury travel events
* Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with brand positioning
* Monitor performance, identify market trends, and drive new business opportunities
* Ensure an exceptional pre-travel experience for elite clientele
What We’re Looking For:
* 5–7 years of senior sales experience in luxury hospitality or luxury travel
* Strong international network within the high-end travel ecosystem
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Fluency in English and in Italian. Additional languages are a plus
* Willingness to travel internationally
* Passion for luxury travel, experiential journeys, and storytelling
