Role Overview
As a Digital Product Manager Trainee, you will play a vital role in developing and managing our digital products, contributing to our digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
1. Gather and Analyze Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders and users to gather requirements and conduct market research to understand market needs.
2. Champion User Experience: Work with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive and appealing interfaces, ensuring a great user experience.
3. Analyze Performance: Monitor product metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
4. Support Agile Development: Assist development teams in using Agile methodologies for efficient product delivery.
5. Manage Product Backlog: Help prioritize and maintain the product backlog, organizing tasks effectively.
6. Ensure Quality: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality product releases.

Education
Bachelor’s degree required.
