Role: Real Estate Business Development Specialist
Join our launch team in Milan. You will build a pipeline of high‐quality apartments and advance our network of real estate partners, including property developers, institutional owners and independent landlords. You will negotiate long‐term leases and develop strong relationships with property owners, ensuring a solid reputation for Ukio in the industry.
Responsibilities

Build an extensive supply pipeline of apartments that meet Ukio's standards
Provide Ukio with a strong network of large residential real estate companies, property developers, family offices, institutional property owners and independent landlords
Acquire and negotiate long‐term leases of high‐quality apartments in desirable Milan locations
Manage and develop existing relationships with property owners within the Ukio network
Identify appropriate buildings and secure multi‐unit deals
Advocate and maintain a strong reputation for Ukio in the sector
Work with various departments to resolve landlord enquiries, challenges and contracts
Maintain Milan city Ukio standards by keeping links with all stakeholders
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data

About you

At least 2 years of experience as a business developer in Milan (real estate experience is a plus)
Skilled negotiator and relationship manager
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
Flexible, resilient and comfortable with ambiguity and change
Confident working in cross‐functional teams
Comfortable performing in a start‐up environment
