As Enterprise Account Director, you will drive revenue and long-term retention for MotorK’s SparK Platform with Europe’s premium OEMs and automotive brands. You’ll shape strategic account plans, lead complex enterprise cycles, and secure executive access to C-suite stakeholders. You’ll champion AI adoption within accounts and help customers see future value, while maintaining a sharp, forecastable pipeline. This role sits at the crossroads of sales leadership and trusted advisory, enabling iconic brands to scale AI-powered technology. Retribuzione / Benefits
- Own a portfolio of premium European OEM and enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth and retention
- Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies that accelerate SparK Platform adoption
- Lead multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from proposal through to contract closure
- Build high-trust relationships with CxOs and key decision-makers to enable executive access for MotorK leadership
- Promote AI adoption within accounts by illustrating current and future value of the platform
- Maintain an accurate, well-managed sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM
Responsabilità
- Proven enterprise sales or strategic account management experience in SaaS or automotive technology
- Track record of winning and growing complex deals with C-level stakeholders
- Strong commercial instincts and understanding of how enterprise buying decisions are made
- Genuine curiosity about AI and willingness to explore and experiment with AI tools
- Native Italian and fluent English;
