PpbThe Lake Como EDITION /b /p pThe Lake Como EDITION will open in Summer 2025, representing a contemporary jewel on one of the world’s most exquisite resort destinations. We are seeking a passionate marketing professional who wants to be involved in an exciting hotel launch, working with a best-in-class team. If this sounds like you, please apply! /p h3JOB FUNCTIONS /h3 pReporting to the Director of Marketing Culture, takes responsibility for the development, delivery and execution of the annual Marketing plan and Marketing budgets in line with the hotel strategic priorities and revenue target by market segments. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liOversee content creation and agency briefs (copy, photo/video), ensuring alignment with brand and hotel positioning. /li liLead local market positioning and activation of restaurants and bars, implementing engaging marketing activities and events to attract locals and increase guest capture. /li liAct as Brand Champion with hotel leadership, ensuring brand activation and a consistent guest experience across touchpoints. /li liIdentify and manage profitable partnerships to boost hotel visibility, demand, loyalty, and guest experience. /li liDrive Loyalty Marketing, enhancing engagement with events and Elite guest experiences. /li liSupport sales with marketing collateral for key segments (e.g., Groups, Weddings). /li liEnsure compliance with Marriott standards and champion social media strategy with a focus on reputation and engagement. /li liConduct competitive analysis and support local promotional activities (e.g., photo shoots, press visits). /li liPartner with Area Marketing to adapt global initiatives locally, ensuring budget compliance with Finance. /li liManage media requests and liaise with local PR teams. /li /ul h3REVENUE GENERATION /h3 ul liImplement pre- and post-stay marketing messages based on calendar needs. /li liAlign marketing efforts with sales forecasts and assist with campaigns to drive bookings. /li liCreate website content and support digital channel optimization. /li liConnect with Marriott sales channels and coordinate advertising as needed. /li /ul h3DIGITAL /h3 ul liCollaborate with the Digital Field team on multilingual campaigns. /li liMeasure content impact and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. /li liManage OTA updates, social media channels, and reputation review sites. /li /ul h3COLLATERAL /h3 ul liBrief agencies on design needs and ensure all materials are on brand. /li liRegularly review and update guest-facing content to maintain local relevance and brand alignment. /li /ul h3ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS /h3 pIn addition to the essential functions above, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the manager based upon the particular requirements of the hotel: /p ul liProfessionally represent the hotel in community and industry organizations and events. /li liProvide constructive feedback to all departments, specifically in relation to the repositioning of the Restaurants/Bars and Brand Activation efforts across all departments. /li liBe a role model to all associates. /li liDue to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required. /li /ul h3SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES /h3 ul liMust be able to speak, read, write and understand Italian and English. /li liExcellent internal and external communication skills, both verbal and written. /li liTrue Brand ambassador. /li liEvent management / organizational skills. /li liUnderstanding of consumer trends in the digital sphere. /li liInnovative, proactive and resourceful. /li liPassion for the travel hospitality industries. /li liAbility to analyze data and establish appropriate action plans. /li liPhotoshop or InDesign is preferred. /li liMaintain confidentiality of proprietary information. /li /ul h3QUALIFICATION STANDARDS /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liMarketing degree required. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 2 years of marketing experience. /li /ul pThis job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an employee in this position may be asked to perform from time to time. /p pAt Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
