in the search for an
Export Manager
to develop key
European markets .

The roleYou will be responsible for developing sales across selected European markets — including Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, and potentially Eastern Europe.
The exact markets will be defined based on your background, network, and language skills.
The role is strongly focused on new
business development, with roughly
two weeks of travel per month,
and close collaboration with the internal sales team in Italy.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you'll take the lead in building
new relationships, identifying
growth opportunities, and driving the company's
international expansion .
Key responsibilitiesDevelop business in assigned export markets, focusing on flexible packaging clientsIdentify, visit, and secure new customers and distributorsManage relationships with existing international accountsMonitor market trends and competitorsCollaborate with customer service and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
RequirementsProven sales experience in
flexible or plastic packagingFluency in
Italian ,
English ,
French
and/or
German ; any additional language will be considered a plusEntrepreneurial mindset and willingness to
develop markets
