As a skilled professional, you’ll be ready to lead people through the full service cycle, from greeting customers to closing sales and ensuring a great customer experience. You should be familiar with tracking P&L, planning trading events, minimizing costs, and delivering KPIs. However, the customer experience you create will truly drive sales growth. About you You are an experienced retail manager with a proven track record of success. You’re an inspiring leader with strong communication skills who can motivate and develop your team. Experience in Fashion or Footwear is a plus but not essential. More importantly, you can lead teams, promote brands, and deliver outstanding customer service. You are organized, adaptable, and capable of meeting targets, managing P&L, and handling daily operations.
