We’re the fastest growing global company in the circular tech market - and we’d love for you to be part of it. /p h3ROLE DESCRIPTION /h3 pAs E-Commerce commercial lead, Europe, you will own the commercial growth, profitability, and strategic development of Alchemy’s European eCommerce channels across bB2B2C and B2C. /b /p pThis is a senior, hands-on commercial role combining bnew business acquisition, account development, trading performance, and channel governance. /b You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Trading, Supply, Finance, and Operations to ensure sustainable growth, margin discipline, and long-term partner value. /p pThis role is designed to grow into a Head / Director position within 18–24 months based on performance. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pbeCommerce B2B2C B2C business development /b /p ul liIdentify, target, and onboard new eCommerce partners across Europe (marketplaces, e-retailers, platforms, and strategic partners). /li liBuild a robust and qualified pipeline aligned to Alchemy’s margin, volume, and risk criteria. /li liNegotiate commercial frameworks including pricing models, volumes, service levels, warranties, and payment terms. /li liSecure long-term commercial agreements, including MPAs and structured back-to-back order plans. /li /ul pbeCommerce B2B2C B2C eCommerce trading operations /b /p ul liOwn day-to-day commercial performance of the eCommerce client portfolio. /li liCollaborate closely with the B2C team to maximise sales velocity, profitability, and stock efficiency across channels. /li liActively manage channel conflict, arbitrating pricing, allocation, and volumes to prevent cannibalisation and margin erosion. /li liOptimise cross-account and cross-channel profitability through pricing discipline, stock routing, and demand planning. /li /ul pbeCommerceB2B2C B2C eCommerce account management /b /p ul liLead structured account governance, including internal reviews and external QBRs. /li liDevelop accounts into recurring, predictable revenue streams with clear growth roadmaps. /li liPlan and execute geographical expansion and line-of-business (LoB) growth within existing accounts. /li liAct as senior commercial escalation point for strategic eCommerce partners. /li /ul pbAnnual Business Plan Budget /b /p ul liDevelop and own the annual business plan and budget for European eCommerce channels. /li liDeliver revenue, gross profit, and contribution targets in line with agreed financial plans. /li liTrack performance against KPIs, proactively addressing gaps and risks. /li liPartner with Finance and Trading teams on forecasting, pricing governance, and margin protection. /li /ul pbCross-Functional Leadership /b /p ul liWork closely with Supply, Operations, Logistics, and Product teams to ensure commercial commitments are deliverable. /li liProvide clear market feedback on pricing, competition, and customer requirements to inform strategy. /li liContribute to broader European commercial strategy and growth initiatives. /li /ul h3SKILLS REQUIRED /h3 ul li5–10 years’ experience in eCommerce sales, business development, or commercial trading roles. /li liProven track record of acquiring, growing, and retaining B2B2C and/or B2C eCommerce accounts. /li liFluent in English + either Polish or Italian /li liStrong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing pricing, margins, and channel conflict. /li liExperience working with marketplaces, online retailers, or digital platforms across Europe. /li liHighly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to senior internal and external audiences. /li liAdvanced proficiency in reporting, forecasting, and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM). /li /ul h3DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE /h3 ul liExperience in circular economy, consumer electronics, mobile devices, or secondary markets. /li liExposure to multi-country European trading, VAT, and cross-border logistics. /li liExperience structuring MPAs, long-term supply agreements, or volume-based pricing models. /li /ul h3We offer: /h3 ul liA senior commercial role with real ownership and impact. /li liCompetitive salary and performance-based incentive structure. /li liOpportunity to shape and scale one of the fastest-growing circular tech businesses globally. /li liCollaborative, high-performance culture with international exposure. /li liCareer progression in a rapidly expanding global organization.
