Transport & Logistics business unit: In the Transportation & Logistics segment, our solutions make it safer, simpler and more efficient to move freight—bringing together a global network of shippers, carriers, brokers and 3PLs.


What Makes This Role Great:
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of the digital logistics revolution, directly influencing how major European corporations optimize their supply chains. You will act as a strategic partner for high-profile Retail and FMCG accounts, shaping the future of sustainable transportation technology while driving significant revenue growth within a market-leading ecosystem.


Key Exciting Responsibilities

1. Champion Growth: Lead the strategic expansion of our European customer base by identifying and closing high-impact cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
2. Orchestrate Client Success: Manage a premier portfolio of Retail and FMCG accounts, acting as the primary advocate to ensure their logistics needs are met with precision.
3. Influence Key Decision-Makers: Engage daily with diverse stakeholders—from Procurement to Senior Management—to align our SaaS solutions with their complex business goals.
4. Master the CRM Landscape: Drive transparency and accuracy by managing the full opportunity lifecycle and generating progress reports that reflect your impact on the market.

Essential Skills & Experience

5. SaaS Sales Expert: You have 4+ years of experience selling complex Logistics or SaaS solutions to large global corporations.
6. Proven Closer: You possess a successful track record of exceeding quotas and a hybrid "Hunter/Farmer" mentality to grow revenue within key accounts.
7. Relationship Architect: You have a natural talent for building trust and rapport quickly, allowing you to work conceptually with new people.
8. Global Communicator: Proficiency in English is a non-negotiable for collaborating across our international teams. A fluent level of German is a nice-to-have but not mandatory

Bonus Points For:

9. Deep knowledge of the Retail or FMCG industry landscape.
10. Proficiency in additional European languages.
