The role combines field sales, market intelligence, and performance reporting.Primary ResponsibilitiesCustomer Management & Sales DevelopmentManage and develop a portfolio of GDO clients (retail chains, supermarkets) and Wholesalers.Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong relationships and identify business opportunitiesNegotiate volumes, pricing, and promotional activities in line with company strategyEnsure proper execution of commercial agreementsMarket Monitoring & IntelligenceMonitor market trends and pricing dynamics within the fresh fruit categoryCollect and report insights on consumer behavior and product performanceProvide feedback to internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to support decision-makingSales Planning & ExecutionContribute to weekly and monthly sales planningTrack sales performance against targets and take corrective actions when neededSupport the implementation of xjrgpwk promotions and in-store activitiesReporting & AdministrationPrepare and submit weekly sales reports, including performance analysis and forecastsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, and sales dataEnsure compliance with internal processes and commercial policiesQualificationsHigh school diplomaFluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular)Minimum 5 years of experience in fruits and vegetables, preferably in structured companies
