Technical Sales Representative – Technical Materials for Footwear and Orthopedics
Marche Region (Fermo / Civitanova / Montegranaro area)
We are an international manufacturer specialized in high-end technical microfibers for the footwear industry and materials for orthopedics.
To strengthen our presence in Italy, we are looking to hire a Technical Sales Representative based in the Marche region, who will work exclusively for our company.
Who are we looking for?
A professional with:
* 5–10 years of experience in the textile sector, preferably in fashion footwear, safety footwear, or orthopedic textile materials
* Technical knowledge of materials, product development, or manufacturing processes
* Experience working with development departments and technical purchasing teams
* A network of contacts within the Marche footwear district or Milan
* An ambitious mindset and a long-term project orientation
* Fluency in English or Spanish (both languages are a plus)
We are not looking for a traditional multi-brand agent.
We are looking for a focused and committed profile, motivated to build and develop a market.
Responsibilities
* Introduce and promote high-quality technical microfibers
* Work directly with development managers and technical departments
* Follow up on testing, sampling, and industrialization processes
* Develop opportunities in footwear and orthopedics
* Build strategic relationships with manufacturers and technical teams
