Inside Sales Specialist (Art 1 protected category, L68/99) Location: Reggio Emilia. Job summary: The candidate will support the Sales Office in developing business by prospecting, preparing strategic demos, drafting economic offers, negotiating the economic parts of projects, and participating in trade fairs, events and networking activities to generate new opportunities. The role will also collaborate with Marketing to keep the CRM updated and ensure accurate customer interactions. Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required membership of the protected category Art.1 L68/99 (civil disability). Candidatures not meeting this requirement will not be considered. Prior experience in commercial back‑office or sales support roles. Good command of English (minimum B2/Intermediate). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems. University degree (preferable) and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Benefits & Conditions Fixed‑term contract with possibility of future stabilization. Working hours Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, with part‑time 30 h weekly option. Salary range: €35,000 – €37,000 per year, according to the Metalmeccanica industry CCNL, plus daily meal vouchers of €10.00.
