Your Responsibilities
As a Country Product Manager, your main objective is to drive sales of our programs through tele sales and personal consultations with our customers to grow the market. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and developing sales and marketing strategies, including lead generation strategies and CRM drive. Your role includes development of sales staff including recruitment, training plan, tracking of achievement and performance reviews.
You will have complete ownership of all other relevant business aspects and expansion related to the program, with a strong focus on business development and lead generation. The role includes full ownership of direct sales in the country and to reach sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

You need to possess the ability to prioritize and be efficient - meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure. This position will require a passion for sales, dedication, hard work, the ability to multi-task efficiently and to perform in a fast-moving highly results-oriented environment.
Basic Qualifications
1. Minimum a Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s degree
2. 3-5 years of professional experience - sales, marketing or consulting
3. Proven leadership experience and skills (successfully leading a team of minimum 10 people)
4. Fluent Italian and English level both oral and written
5. Experience in sales (B2C or B2B) and a great interest in coaching other sales people
6. Working/Studying abroad experience valued
