As Senior Account Manager at Honeywell CCC, you will drive growth by managing strategic customer relationships and leading account planning. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet performance objectives for 3–4 key accounts and guide Greenfield pursuits in turbomachinery controls. You’ll translate customer needs into winning commercial strategies while collaborating across internal and external partners. This role offers impact through shaping strategies, strengthening OEM/EPC partnerships, and contributing to business objectives.

Establish productive relationships with key personnel in 3–4 assigned accounts and develop detailed account plans
Coordinate involvement of internal teams (support, Customer Support Managers, Greenfield global team, service, management) to meet objectives
Meet targets for profitable sales and strategic objectives by winning orders
Lead Greenfield strategic pursuits, define strategies, and develop influence maps
Proactively leads joint company‑strategic account planning with mutual targets over 1–3 years
Continuously assess and validate customer needs and adapt accordingly
Collaborate with Global Greenfield pursuits and cover compressor OEMs and EPCs in the territory
Adhere to safety policies and participate in ongoing process improvements
Engage in change‑friendly work to support business needs
Possibly conduct high‑level sales demonstrations and presentations
Plan, budget, forecast, and use management tools to direct business programs
Maintain strong customer relationships and effectively use CRM and Office tools
Responsabilità
University engineering degree or equivalent
>5 years of strategic sales experience in xjrgpwk B2B technical environment with OEMs/EPCs in territory
>3 years of experience in turbomachinery controls or automation
Experience in key accounts management in required territory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Fluent in Italian and English
Strong contract negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to mobilize internal and external resources and manage cross‑functional teams
Knowledge of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and sales methodologies
Proven track record of selling high‑value solutions to customers
