Experiencing a fast growth period, we are looking for a passionate individual to play the role of Scrum Master to join our Italian team in Turin.
Who You Are:
- You've obtained at least a Master’s Degree degree in an engineering, economics or similar field;
- You've 3 to 5years experience as Scrum Master;
- You've a you have at least two years of experience as an Agile Coach in team management;
- You're fluentin english (C1 level);
- You have a strong sense of responsibility;
- You're a proactive person;
- You've strongleadership and teamwork skills;
- You're used to work with diverse international profiles and cultures.
Your Daily Routine:
- Guide the team to establish the Lean-Agile mindset;
- Build asafe and trusting environment where problems can arise without fear of blame, retribution or judgment, with an emphasis on healing and problem solving. This will facilitate discussion, decision-making and conflict resolution;
- Help with internal and external communication and improve transparency, sharing information;
- Data collection and reporting;
- Interface with various department to schedule the activities.
The client in question is a well-recognised player in the insurance sector and the activity will take place in Turin, between our office and that of the client.
