You will need to be able to demonstrate an analytic and proactive approach in these situations and offer them solutions for solving the issues. If needed, you will also have to provide info to the Factory Quality team.\nLocation\nThe role is based in Assago.\nWhat you’ll do Handling inbound/outbound mails from ISP and finding and providing technical solutions.\nEvaluating quality data and dealing with the main European Factories on finding solutions.\nCreating technical articles on the knowledge management system.\nRequesting and providing faulty component to the Factory.\nChecking and validating Exchange requests.\nValidating tickets coming from the ISP.\nMonitoring and managing warranty costs. Who you are Relevant experience within a technical support role, ideally in a similar industry (domestic appliances, heating systems, electrical/mechanical automation).\nExperience in dealing with technical counterparts/service providers.\nProactive approach and problem‑solving attitude.\nGood analytical capabilities.\nGood communicator and able to build strong relationships.\nGood knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).\nFluent in Italian and English.
