PpNutanix is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to lead and grow our Public Sector business in Italy. Based in Rome, you will work closely with key central government Institutions and public companies such as Ministries and associated public bodies that operate under their control. This role requires a strategic and relationship-driven professional capable of navigating the complex, traditional structures of Italy’s public sector while driving adoption of modern hybrid cloud and data solutions. /p h3About the Team /h3 pYou will join a close-knit and mission-driven sales team focused on enabling Italy’s public institutions to achieve digital modernization securely and efficiently. Collaboration, trust, and customer obsession are at the heart of everything we do at Nutanix. /p h3Your Role /h3 ul liManage and expand relationships across major public administration and defense accounts in Italy. /li liDevelop deep partnerships at the C-level, ensuring Nutanix remains a trusted advisor in digital transformation initiatives. /li liCoordinate and execute account strategies tailored to the unique needs of public institutions and defense-related divisions. /li liWork collaboratively with Sales Engineers, Channel Partners, and Marketing teams to deliver innovative cloud and data solutions that align with public sector compliance and security standards. /li liDrive consistent sales growth while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and trust. /li liUse Salesforce and Power BI to manage pipeline and performance reporting effectively. /li /ul h3What You Will Bring /h3 ul liMinimum 10 years of experience in public sector sales within Italy, ideally within international IT companies (e.g., Dell, IBM, or similar). /li liDeep knowledge of the public administration ecosystem, including Ministries, Defense. /li liProven ability to manage large, complex accounts in a relationship-driven and regulated environment. /li liStrong, verifiable network of C-level connections in key government bodies. /li liExceptional patience, credibility, and integrity to build long-term trust within traditional environments. /li liNative-level Italian and fluent English are required. /li liProficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel. /li liMust be based in Rome, with very limited travel. /li /ul p-- /p h3Nutanix is an equal opportunity employer. /h3 pNutanix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and (in the U.S.) an affirmative action employer.
