Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach for B2B (business to business)

Ability to identify key point of contacts through Sales Navigator as well as all forms of desk targets
\n
Actively manage sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnel
\n
Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce)
\n
Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to finalize the transaction
\n
Review and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals
\n
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with a 1-hour fully paid break
\n
Hybrid role: 3 days home office (Wed & Thu office)
\n

Salary Greece: Euro gross a month + project premio 150 Euro a month + performance bonus **** Euro gross (quaterly)
\n
Relocation: relocation to Greece/Bulgaria.
\n
Remote work outside of Greece/Bulgaria is not permitted
\n
Relocation package: We provide full support with relocation to Greece/Bulgaria - including flight reimbursement, 2 weeks hotel and advanced payment.

Knowledge of English and Italian at min.
\n
C1 level (speaking and writing)
\n
2.5 years and up to 5 years of directly relevant customer facing experience in sales or customer service role, ideally in tech.
\n

Previous experience within sales (working on warm leads, cold outreaches, research)
