Role Description
This full-time on-site Sales Specialist role is based in Rho. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and promoting Maxifit’s fitness solutions. Key tasks include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, delivering product demonstrations, and assisting in training sessions for both clients and team members to optimize their fitness goals. The role also involves collaborating with the sales management team to execute strategies for business growth and improved customer engagement.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and address their needs
* Proven experience in Sales, with a focus on identifying opportunities and driving results
* Capable of Training customers or colleagues on products and services
* Experience or knowledge in Sales Management and strategic planning
* Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to work in a team-driven environment
* Self-motivated with the ability to meet goals and deadlines
* Background in fitness or wellness industries is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
