How you make the differenceWe are looking for an SMR Sell-In to join our Field Sales Team in Bolton Food based in Campania.This role is essential to driving revenue growth and in-store execution by negotiating directly with customers and ensuring all agreed activities are carried out effectively.By analyzing data and collaborating with the Trade Marketing team, you'll help optimize assortment, shelf space, and promotions to enhance category performance and maximize commercial impact.How your agenda looks like:Direct negotiation of revenues with customersManagement of relationships with store managers, in-store promotions, and display spacesDaily supervision of the area to ensure full compliance with agreed activities (promotions and assortments)Analysis of consumer and market data (competitor pricing, promotional actions) and qualitative evaluation of product launchesCollaboration with the Trade Marketing team on shelf allocation and implementation of category projectsYour team:You will report directly to the Area Manager within the Sales Sell-In Field function.What makes you a great fit:Master's degree in Economics and/or Marketing, with a strong interest in developing a career in Trade Marketing & SalesAt least 2–3 years of experience in Sales and/or Trade MarketingTechnical skills: strong analytical mindset for building mid-term customer plans and solid understanding of key customer economic KPIsExcellent command of English and Italian, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProactive, autonomous, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environmentWhat's in for you:Work location: Italy, Campania
