Job Description
For the 2026 season, we are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Rang who will become a key reference point in ensuring our guests receive impeccable service — in line with the highest standards of Borgo Pignano and Relais & Châteaux.
You will coordinate the dining room operations, support junior staff training, and help craft unforgettable gastronomic experiences.
Your Responsibilities
* Warmly welcome guests and promptly accompany them to their tables in the F&B outlets
* Coordinate, supervise, and organize the dining service
* Ensure cleanliness and attention to every service detail
* Anticipate guests’ needs to guarantee complete satisfaction
* Deliver high-quality service while maintaining customer satisfaction and adhering to Borgo Pignano and Relais & Châteaux standards
* Support the training and development of the Commis de Rang
* Manage the service through to completion, creating unforgettable memories for our guests

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
* A 5-star mindset with a professional yet friendly approach
* Strong teamwork attitude
* Attention to detail
* Customer-oriented mindset
* Emotional intelligence: sensitivity to the needs and feelings of guests and colleagues, with the ability to manage one’s own emotions under pressure
* Passion for service, courtesy, and discretion
* Well-groomed appearance and strong communication skills
* Good knowloged of English
* Respect for nature and appreciation for the values it represents
* Valid HACCP certification
* Own vehicle required
