Training will be provided.ResponsibilitiesWork with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design-wins and increase account penetration.Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.Research and develop new customers and business segments.Develop account strategies and execute business plans.Handle customer issues effectively.Meet sales budget (booking/billing).Collect and summarize market intelligence and provide feedback to the product team.Collaborate regionally or globally to achieve objectives.Hold business reviews with customers and distribution channels.QualificationsEducation Background / Major: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Experience (Ideal): 2-4 years in sales or account management with a proven record of exceeding quotas.Knowledge (Ideal): Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and experience with semiconductor products.Abilities and QualitiesProven ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals.Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners, and ability to identify new opportunities.Availability for customer visits and occasional travel within Europe.Skills and CertificationsFluent in English and Italian, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
