PpTH Daniels Global Executive Search Selection works globally with an established portfolio of clients, providing best-in-class Executive Search results. /p pWe have partnered with a leading Italian Nutraceutical Ingredient Manufacturer to recruit for a Global Business Development Manager – (Remote with International Travel). This strategic commercial role is responsible for expanding global market presence, building partnerships with top nutraceutical brands, and driving the commercial success of a highly innovative bioactives portfolio. /p pAs Global Business Development Manager, you will shape international sales strategy, open new markets, and position the company’s science‑backed bioactives across dietary supplements, functional foods, beauty‑from‑within, and health wellness categories. /p h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Nutrition, or related field; advanced degree preferred. /li li7–12+ years of global commercial experience in nutraceuticals, bioactives, natural extracts, or health ingredients. /li liStrong track record of securing partnerships with supplement brands, contract manufacturers, or functional food companies. /li liDeep understanding of the global nutraceutical landscape, including regulatory trends and market dynamics. /li liExperience managing distributors, agents, and multi‑region customer networks. /li liStrong international negotiation skills and proven ability to drive strategic commercial initiatives. /li liFluent in English; Italian proficiency is a strong plus. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute a global business development strategy to expand market reach across Europe, North America, APAC, and LATAM. /li liIdentify and secure new business with supplement brands, formulators, and innovation‑driven CPG companies. /li liManage global distribution partners, ensuring performance, alignment, and market penetration. /li liLead commercial presentations, value‑proposition development, and solution‑based selling for bioactive ingredients. /li liCollaborate closely with RD, regulatory, and marketing to support customer projects and product launches. /li liMonitor global market trends, competitive activity, and emerging scientific opportunities. /li liRepresent the company at key trade shows, scientific conferences, and international customer meetings. /li liProvide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic insights to executive leadership. /li /ul pIf you are a global commercial leader passionate about science‑backed innovation and the future of nutraceuticals, we encourage you to explore this high‑impact role. /p p Please contact for more information. /p pDue to the high volume of applications, we are unable to respond to each applicant individually.
