Customer Service Specialist -Italy
The Client:
Our client is a European manufacturer and supplier of FMCG products.
Role Overview:
Manages sales order processing. Responsible for sales order, shipment follow-up and invoicing to support the fulfilment process.
Managing after sales & service, such as follow-up issues and associated sales activities, by handling and solving complaints.
Answers and processes customer service phone inquiries.
Follow-up of action points from annual contracts and account visits i.e. prices, volume, logistics agreements and special projects.
Supporting commercial team by drafting and issuing quotations, as well as sales budgets and forecasts.
Providing customers with information on purchasing conditions and export documents as required.
Checking order specifications and prices, as well as monitoring and confirming delivery times.
Drafting and processing invoices and checking credit limits when entering sales orders, calculating and managing terms and prices through price lists.
Marketing by managing data for assigned accounts and undertaking research support.
Candidate Profile:
Internal sales or Customer Service experience
Experience working with a manufactured product preferred
Working with digital systems, software and equipment Knowledge.
Good with numbers, good oral and written communication skills.
Fluent Italian and good command of English spoken and written
